Site Development
IBI provides site development
services for everything from quarter-acre home sites to several
hundred acre industrial complexes. We install underground utilities,
perform site grading, develop roadways, prepare grade for rail bed,
furnish and install granular fill and surfacing, as well as all other
aspects of site preparation.
Foundations
Whether you’re adding on, changing the look or starting from
scratch, IBI is recognized as an expert in the field of foundation
construction. We build foundations that are supported on engineered
fill, piling, caissons and undisturbed sub grade. Whatever the job
requires, our team can provide a stable base for a permanent structure.
Helical Anchors
From one or two anchors to hundreds of them, we install resistance piers for underpinning and shoring vertical loads. For lateral stability we install tie-back anchors. Ongoing technical training teaches our team how to accurately design anchors to work in your soils.
Steel Erection
IBI assembles structural steel
skeletons for single-story buildings, inside existing processing
facilities or for multi-story structures—in any configuration
imaginable. Our trained ironworkers and certified crane operators
team up to safely and efficiently complete the toughest steel erection
projects.
Demolition
Industrial Builders, Inc. has
demolished hundreds of structures in order to move forward with
the future needs of a site. We have safely removed everything from
100 foot tall smokestacks to single-story schools. Our crews
are trained to sort the demolition debris in an effort to recycle
as much of each structure as possible. This helps extend the useful
life of our landfills and helps your project attain LEED status.
Disaster Recovery
When disaster strikes, you need
an experienced team that can step in and put things back where they
belong. Our crews know how to minimize the ultimate cost of recovery
from floods, wind damage, fire and other catastrophes, while working
quickly to get your facility back in operating order.
Invisible Walls
Constructing an “invisible” wall requires precise foundation
construction, as well as very close-tolerance steel fabrication and
installation. While an invisible floodwall is more expensive than
a conventional earthen levee or concrete floodwall, it allows you
to enjoy your river view unobstructed during non-flood periods.
Pre-Cast
IBI can install pre-cast concrete
in every configuration imaginable. Whether for a building,
a tunnel or just a long wall, we can do the heavy lifting to put
it exactly where it belongs.
Recycled Crushed
Concrete
Instead of using Class 5 aggregate
to surface or stabilize a parking area or roadway, we have a recycled
crushed concrete product that provides an exceptionally durable surface
that sheds water and can withstand heavy loads. Because it is made
from 100% reclaimed material, its use is very environmentally friendly.
ADA Compliance
Our crews come to your facility prepared to make ADA compliance
construction as painless as possible.
We are accustomed to working with your staff in order to provide accessibility
to everyone while minimizing disruptions associated with projects
such as widening doorways and installing ramps.
