Recycled Crushed Concrete - view gallery
Instead of using Class 5
aggregate to surface or stabilize a parking area or roadway, we
have a recycled crushed concrete product that provides an exceptionally
durable surface that sheds water and can withstand heavy loads.
Because it is made from 100% reclaimed material, its use is very
environmentally friendly.
Roto Milling - view gallery
Each year, IBI recycles about
a half a million tons of asphalt in the Upper Midwest. We are experienced
in profile milling, concrete milling, parking lots, airports and
roadways. If you need to turn your existing asphalt into a
new base for reuse, we can provide a reclamation service that has
the ability to inject an asphalt emulsion into the reclaimed asphalt
to recondition your existing pavement, which can save you money.

One way to prolong the useful life of parking ramps and bridges is to replace the top layer of concrete with a Low-Slump High-Density Concrete overlay. IBI performed the first bridge deck overlay in the state of North Dakota, and our crews continue to repair and overlay deck surfaces throughout the Midwest.

separation between traffic or just want to have a sturdy obstacle
to prevent vehicular entry, IBI can build both stationary and “portable” Jersey
Barriers. We can furnish and install “portable” Jersey
Barriers when you need them and remove them when you’re done. We
can also install permanent barriers wherever you want.

Structure Repair
Our structure repair services
include a multitude of procedures necessary to general highway
site maintenance, repair and construction. We perform fatigue retrofit
steel, bridge deck resurfacing, repair and/or replacement of bridge
bearings, assemblies and joints. We can also perform a complete
deck replacement or repair a bridge substructure—both on
a river and on dry land.
Heavy Haul
IBI’s fleet of heavy haul trucks is authorized by the US DOT to move your over height, over-width and over-weight loads all over the continental USA.
Earth Work/Erosion Control
IBI provides you with an extensive list of erosion control procedures, from installing silt curtains, building stormwater retention ponds, placing riprap or laying wattles, we can make sure that your runoff water is handled properly.
Slide Repair
IBI is prepared to provide you with embankment excavation, river slide repair, and park re-grading services. In fact, we utilize state of the art GPS technology that allows us to use engineers’ designs to format data for field use which shows us exactly where to cut and fill.
