Here at Industrial Builders we know that our people are our greatest asset. That’s why we make safety our number one priority. Over half of our full time employees have worked at IBI for 20 years. That helps us all to better communicate our safety culture to the newer members of our workforce, and creates an attitude that starts everyday with safety as a primary focus, regardless of the task at hand.

We depend on our many years of experience and a vast knowledge in the construction industry to perform our work with the safety at the forefront of our minds. Recognizing hazards is a big part of safety and communicating to our workforce how we address and eliminate them is equally important. We take tremendous pride in our methods of training and communication. That’s why we will continue to advance our safety culture and ensure that our workforce is committed to doing it the safe way.
